Orders and Deliveries
Orders are taken into account once the settlement reached.
Orders are sent within 48 hours (to France).
The ordered products travel at the risk of the customer.
Delivery times are indicative. Possible delays due to rupture of a product can not respond to compensation. If a case of product breakdown happened you would be notified as soon as possible by phone or mail.
Delivery charges to mainland France:
- Are variable and are calculated for each order according to the weight of each item.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal and checks.
Payment via paypal is 15.00 euros is requested.
All our products are payable in advance. No product can be sent without full payment of your order.
Our products are valid only within the limits of our stocks and those of our suppliers. No compensation can be claimed in case of failure or cancellation.
In case of nonpayment, a friendly reminder to be sent to the buyer after 7 days. No response from the buyer within 3 days, the item will be relisted in the shop and the order will be canceled.
Rates
